Mustafa Aksoy began his professional career as an auditor, first at Egebank and then at Garanti Bank. He later completed his MBA at the University of Antwerp in Belgium.
He joined Çalık Group in 2004 and held executive roles in marketing, corporate finance, M&A and business development.
In July 2010, he was appointed as the first General Manager of Lidya Mines to establish the new venture for the Group. He held this role for 15 years, during which the Company evolved from an investor into an explorer, developer and operator in various projects and partnerships.
In August 2025, he transitioned into the role of Executive Chairman & Chief Investment Officer (CIO), focusing on long-term strategy, capital allocation and global portfolio development.
In addition to his responsibilities at Lidya Mines, Mr. Aksoy serves on the Boards of Çalık Energy, GAP Construction, and ACG Metals, which is listed in the London Stock Exchange.
As of November 2025, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Çalık Group, leading the Group companies under a strategic vision built on three core pillars: digitalization, globalization and next-generation leadership.

Hiroshi Miyoshi is a seasoned international executive and strategic advisor with over 40 years of experience driving economic cooperation between Japan, Türkiye, and the CIS region. A graduate of Waseda University’s Department of Political Science and Economics, he furthered his academic training at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).
His career at Mitsubishi Corporation began in 1980, where he spent over three decades in pivotal leadership roles. Between 1988 and 2004, he spearheaded the development of large-scale infrastructure projects across CIS countries. His tenure included serving as a General Manager at the European Headquarters in London. His career at Mitsubishi culminated in his appointment as Senior Vice President and Chief Executive for Türkiye, Central Asia, and the Caucasus (2011–2016).
Beyond his corporate achievements, he served as Chairman of The Japanese Society of Istanbul (2013–2014). Since 2016, he has served as Country Advisor to the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. Additionally, since 2017, he has held the position of Senior Advisor to the Chairman of Çalık Holding.
After graduating from Ankara University, Political Science Faculty, Department of International Relations in 1985, Kerim Uras completed his master's degree from the same Faculty at Ankara University, in 1987. Starting his career in 1985 at the Cyprus Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ankara, Uras carried out various diplomatic missions abroad in Germany-Hannover, Cyprus, London, and New York UN, in addition to working at the Cyprus-Greece, Middle East, Europe, and NATO Departments in Capital. He served as Ambassador designate to Israel while residing in Ankara (due to the Mavi Marmara incident) between 2010 and 2011. Kerim Uras served as Turkish Ambassador to Greece between 2011 and 2016. In Ankara, he was appointed as Chief Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Türkiye and Member of the Foreign Policy Board between 2016-2018. He served as Turkish Ambassador to Canada between 2018-2023 and retired from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Kerim Uras has been working as Advisor to the Chairman at Çalık Holding as of 2023. He is married with 3 children.

Galip Tözge was born in 1967. He graduated from Marmara University’s Department of Economics (English) and received an MBA from the University of Missouri (USA). He commenced his banking career in 1993 at Citibank and joined Akbank T.A.Ş. in 2002. Appointed as the CEO of Aktif Bank in 2015 and becoming a BKT Kosovo board member in 2022, Galip Tözge currently serves as the Board Member of Aktif Bank, BKT Albania and BKT Kosovo.
