Developed in line with Çalık Holding’s values and leadership approach, this framework provides an opportunity to assess how candidates contribute to business outcome, which competencies they leverage in achieving their goals, and the unique value they can bring to the organization.

Recruitment Evaluation Tests

Our assessment process includes a General Aptitude Test, English Proficiency Test, Personality Inventory, and Competency Inventory. For certain positions, role-specific technical tests may also be administered. The test results help evaluate candidates’ motivations, strengths, and areas for development, and serve as an important guide for the final evaluation alongside interviews.

Manager Interviews

Candidates meet with the managers of the departments they have applied to, gaining deeper insight into the role’s expectations, duties, and responsibilities. At the same time, it is a mutual evaluation process focusing on the candidate’s leadership competencies, the values they bring to the work, and how they can contribute to Çalık Holding’s strategic goals.
